The Tippmann X7 series of markers are…well, phenomenal!
Let’s take the X7 Phenom, for instance, Tippmann’s latest totally badass offering. The 9.5 inch long barrel on this beauty can pump our 15BPS at under 300 PSI at over 150 feet in range. That’s serious air efficiency and the kind engineering that Tippmann has spent millions in patents on.
Utilizing Flex-Valve technology, these guns combines electronic and pneumatic components for ridiculous efficiency, accuracy and flexibility.
This Phenom is almost totally recoil-less and weighs just shy of 4 pounds, which means you can achieve sniper-like accuracy before you go crazy on the mods (of which there are countless!)
In the true Tippmann fashion of interchangeability, this particular marker is a full 3 inches shorter than the original X7 BUT will take almost 2 dozen of the original upgrades and mods.
Many players prefer to NOT use electronics, which is why Tippmann developed a mechanical version of the X7 Phenom that’s just as sexy and functional, minus the BPS rate that electronic components allow. It still features the Flex Valve, however, but only has 2 positions: safety and “on”.
If you want to upgrade to the electronic version later, you can simply purchase an E-Grip and program the board into 5 different firing settings, which is beautiful because you don’t have to buy a whole new marker.
Overall, the X7 series is one of the most functional, customizable and feature-packed lines of any marker manufacturer in the industry.
